Order Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement. Orders made before 23:00 GMT are handled the same day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.
Our average delivery time is between 6-7 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Delivery is free for all orders. Optional delivery insurance is available at checkout for added peace of mind.
Yes as required by UK law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it on our website.
If a parcel remains unclaimed for 7 days, our support team will contact you to decide how to proceed.

Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in resaleable condition to be eligible.
Simply email us at support@mia-london.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and form to include in your package.
Yes, return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a registered shipping method with tracking.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
